Food Trucks: Twisted Fries

Tip Top Chew

Twisted Fries

Twisted Fries has been on the scene for a year or two and so glad they are based out of Bryant, AR.  They can be found set up all over Central Arkansas, but so glad when they stay close to home.  On this night we were lucky enough to see their Facebook Event at Crush Wine & Spirits on Reynolds Road in Bryant.  Be sure to follow them on Facebook at Twisted Fries.

Chew

Snuffer

Bacon, Queso, Green Onion, Jalapeño, and Ranch

I have to say that this is one of the best fries I have ever had.  Not on their regular menu and so happy I got them.  Loaded with cheese dip and bacon then covered with ranch and jalapenos.  Can’t go wrong with these spuds!

Trailer Park

Mac & Cheese, Bacon, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos

So, I’m not a big fan of Cheetos, but this was quite satisfying.  A delightful crunchy kick with the mac & cheese fries!

Carnie with Chocolate Drizzle

When I first saw these fries, I thought, ‘What were they thinking?’  After the first bite, I was in paradise.  Turns out, they’re not made from potatoes.  Not sure what they are, but supposed to be more like funnel cake fries.  To me, they taste a whole lot like french toast sticks covered in chocolate.  So good!!!

Food Truck

I have to say this is one of the best looking trucks around.  Love the wrapper!

Tip Top Chew

Hi!  I’m James, single dad of two wonderful kids (Kennedy and Boyd), who sometimes join me in my journey of finding great places to dine.  I started Tip Top Chew as a hobby on Facebook back in 2015 and Instagram in early 2018.  It’s something I enjoy, even though others occasionally make fun of me when I break out the camera to take photographs of our meals!  🙂

My goal with this blog is to be able to share a bit more of my creative side while growing deeper relationships with my kids as we venture out and experience life with each other.  We’ve started a segment called Chewing with Dad in the hopes to get away from our phones and enjoy each other’s company a little more.  We discuss our experiences, then we write it all down, and hopefully, it turns into something worth reading.  I genuinely look forward to this process!
